Our Team
We are a veteran owned small family business, with 30+ years experience in remodeling and renovation. Repair knowledge is not enough without experience. From roofing to flooring and everything in between, we have fostered all of the skills you need for household repairs and improvements.
Steven Gilchrist- Our Veteran
Steven is our resident veteran, literally and experience wise. After serving our country, he quickly racked up knowledge on how to transform homes and businesses. He has done everything from building an expansive ranch home from bottom to top, to renovating rental homes, restaurants, concessions trailers, and more. He can even build you a backyard bbq, and cook on it to boot, using his 23 years of experience as a chef.
Carmen Gilchrist-Co owner
Carmen, at the age of 21, became a landlord after purchasing her first property at the age of 20. Over the course of her 32-year marriage to Steven, they have successfully bought and renovated many properties.
For nearly two decades Carmen has helped many families with her services to include (YET NOT LIMITED TO) estate sales, moving sales, de-cluttering or organizing, move-outs or get-readies, and cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties.
Carmen's latest venture is her online boutique, Boutique of Curiosity, which she opened in 2011.
